![]() ![]() Register the GPG key with which MiKTeX installation packages and metadata is signed.Installing MiKTeX on Linux involves these steps: Direct upgrades to Ubuntu Studio 22.04 from supported versions prior to 21.10 are not supported.MiKTeX is available for selected Linux distributions. Ubuntu Studio 22.04 LTS (Jammy Jellyfish) will be supported for 3 years until April 2025. We hope to get this fixed in time for 22.04.2. A workaround is to boot into your user, load system settings > Startup and Shutdown > Login Screen (SDDM) > Behavior and select which user you would like to automatically login. ![]() Due to a known bug in the Calamares installer, the option to “Automatically login upon boot” is not functional.While it has been removed from the Ubuntu Studio seed and metapackages, the build system is still bringing it in from the old metapackages prior to the fix. FIXED IN 22.04.1 Due to the inclusion of the v4l2loopback module, Ubuntu Studio 22.04 cannot be installed on systems with UEFI Secure Boot enabled as it causes installations to fail.You can see their release notes here (Kubuntu) and here (Ubuntu). ![]() This is also true of the core packages of the mainline Ubuntu release.
